CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING A GIFT BOX :
The purchase of a gift box must be paid in full before the box is sent. The gift pack is valid for one year from the purchased date. It can be extended for a further year after payment of 10% of its price by simply calling +33 2-98-79-35-79.

PURCHASE VOUCHERS :
The €10 voucher given on registration is valid: for the online shop for the purchase of a gift box or on site by printing the email you received.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GIFT PACKS :
Gift packs are non-refundable unless Locquirec Loisirs Services is unable to provide the service (fire, vandalism, etc.)

BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :

NB: Failure to receive the deposit within one week of booking will result in cancellation of the booking.

The deposit constitutes a means of cancellation, deductible at the end of the stay, to the value of 40% of the total cost of the stay.

Once the booking has been made, a €10.00 processing fee will be charged, which is non-refundable.
– If cancelled up to 10 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded, minus the €10.00 handling fee.
– If cancelled 10 days before arrival, the 40% deposit is retained.
– If cancelled 2 days before arrival or in the event of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged (the deposit will be retained and the remaining 60% will be withdrawn).
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be returned to you after deduction of the cancellation fee (with the exception of non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

INTERNAL RULES :

In order to make everyone’s stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you :
– to respect the premises and furniture … just like at home!
– not to eat in the rooms.
– not to smoke in the house, ashtrays are available outside.
– to avoid making too much noise after 10.00 pm and before 9.00 am, for everyone’s well-being.

Our pet friends are not accepted, thank you for your comprehension.

– Check-in time : Rooms are available from 3.30 pm. Early check-in option, from 1.30pm : €30.00.

– Check-out time: Rooms must be vacated by 11am. Late check-out option, until 1pm : €30.00.

– Breakfast time : Breakfast is served from 9.00 am to 10.30 am.

– Swimming pool: The swimming pool is protected by a key code and is open from 9am to 9pm. Parents are responsible for their children’s swimming and behavior. It is forbidden to jump or dive into the pool. French windows must remain closed.

– Outdoor shower: There’s a hot-water shower in the car park for you to rinse off when you get back from the beach.

– Video surveillance: Six cameras monitor the house in public areas. The monitored rooms are: the driveway to the entrance of the house,
the swimming pool, the car park as well as the restaurant.

– Miscellaneous :

A self-service mini bar is available at the entrance to the Spa area, as well as a boat bar on the outdoor terrace. Remember to pay for your drinks in the piggy bank provided.
